Natural granite and marble give you genuine stone and are fabricated and installed through licensed stonemasons we work alongside. Porcelain and sintered surfaces are ultra-thin, heat and scratch resistant and ideal for a modern look. Solid timber suits heritage and country kitchens and can be sanded back and re-oiled over its life. Stainless steel is the choice for serious cooks and commercial-style kitchens. Because much of the city's housing is older, out-of-square Georgian and Victorian stock, we expect wavy walls and design in scribe allowances rather than hoping a square cabinet will fit. HMR is moisture-resistant, not waterproof, so we detail wet zones to drain and dry.
